A graduate of the University of Warwick in Educational Management and Leadership with the Bolashaq Presidential Scholarship, has been running the UK Alumni in Kazakhstan since 2006 in addition to being the Deputy Director at the Astana Garden School. Being enthusiast of sharing knowledge and experience, Bolat also helped matching mentors and mentees in the UK Alumni Mentorship Programme conducted by the British Council Kazakhstan.

Didem Tali is an award-winning-journalist and a documentary filmmaker whose credits included the New York Times, National Geographic, Financial Times, The Guardian, BBC, CNN, and many more. She holds an MSc in Media, Communications and Development from the London School of Economics.

Dinara Dultaeva, Founder of Dinara&Co
Dinara is a journalist being one of Uzbekistan’s leading communications professionals. After graduating from Cardiff University with Chevening Scholarship, she worked as an editor of Business Section at Economic Review magazine, before founding Dinara&Co in 2015. Since 2018, she has been chairperson of the National PR Centre, a government body established by the State Committee of Tourism Development to promote the global image of Uzbekistan. She is a founder and Editor-in-Chief of Visit Uzbekistan magazine and also an advisor to the Chairman of the National TV and Radio Company, supporting the development of new media projects and closer G2B cooperation.

Nilgun Yalcin Felchner, Deputy Director Turkey
Nilgün studied Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and completed her MBA degree at Galatasaray University. Following her career in ship building and construction chemicals sectors, she joined the British Council in 2007. She has managed a range of British Council operations and businesses over the last thirteen years with focus on strategy development and change management. She is the Board Director of British Council’s commercial subsidiary and leading income-generating businesses in Turkey and directs International Education Services for the Wider Europe markets.
